W eve of the anniversary celebrations in 1967 genocide in Volhynia talked with members of the organizing committee m.in Ms. Anna Lewak with ŚZŻAK, which asked about the status of preparations for the ceremony.
- Preparation for the conference are carried out according to plan. In the evening the first day came around sixty people, and we look forward to the rest.

 Has already become a great tradition of worship Environments Volhynia Day May 3 at the Shrine of Our Lady of Holy Cross in Kalkow-DEUS, in the old Zamczysko - Golgotha, which forms a sort of national museum. The Castle was built at the turn of the twentieth and twenty-first century. Builder of the castle and the creator of the Museum was the reverend Father Czeslaw infułat Wala, pastor of St.. Maximilian Kolbe in Kalkow-DEUS. - Custodian of the shrine.

The fifteenth of September. marked the seventh anniversary of the unveiling ceremony in Sawinie symbolic places - the graves of the murdered soldiers and three Panzer Corps, former soldiers in 1927 WDP AK: Kapr first. Mieczyslaw Łodeja ps. "Mantel" Second older. Zbigniew gunner Mikołajewskiego ps. "Bombshell" 3rd Auschwitz. Lucjan Plender (not in the census in 1927 WDPAK)
It was a beautifully prepared feast under the auspices of the President of the Municipal Council, Mayor, Veterans and former political prisoners. Attended by many residents and municipalities Sawin, also from distant places, such as Chelm, Zamosc and Szczecin.

My name is Czeslaw Roh, I'm 69 years old, live in the village Mieniany 26, Hrubieszów municipality, district Hrubieszów, woj. Lubelskie. I was born on February 7, 1935, at the Polish colony Teresin, Werba commune, district of Volyn Vladimir, woj. Volhynia.
